What is the difference between your quality options?

What a great question!! Our Black and White (B&W) is standard, there are no differences there! The Magic happens when we shift to colored books! We have two options for print quality to choose from: Inkjet: The cheaper, budget-friendly option. Its colors are muted but very visible. Some people prefer it as it does not have a shine. Lazer: Our premium quality that uses the same exact machines as original producers. It is known for vibrant, heavy colors and a visible shine on its surface which is characteristic of comics. Psst... click on the qualities to see video examples of them. We offer two sizes to choose from as well! Regular size: Approx. 15x21cm in dimensions. It is the standard for all mangas and light novels regardless of type. Original size: Approx. 17x25cm in dimensions. It is almost the exact size of the original. Click HERE to see our Instagram highlight comparing the two sizes. Please note that! All our Original size comics are in Lazer only! There are no inkjet original size comics available! So in summary, here are our available options ranked from lowest to highest price: Regular size Inkjet: Budget-friendly, if you aren't aiming for superior quality. Regular size lazer: Exact quality of original but smaller size so it is more affordable. Original size: Premium, collectors-grade comics that have minimal differences in comparison with the OG comics! (Some customers claim ours are better... be our judge!)

Do you offer hardcover books?

Yes, we do at a slightly higher price! Please note that we do not offer dust jackets/ sleeves with the hardcovers.

Do you take a deposit?

Yes, we do! A 50% deposit is a must for your order to be processed. We have Instapay, Vodafone Cash and Telda available. Please note that if we began working on your order, refunds of the deposit are no longer possible.

Why is the deposit a must?

As we produce each book by order with the specifications that suit you, as our customer. This process requires materials, paper, electricity and energy from our workers to make sure we produce a product that is befitting you.

What is your shipping policy?

At Astral, we are dedicated to providing premium grade, collectors-worthy comics and manga, as well as, budget-friendly options to suit every need. To achieve that, we produce each book on-demand. So you'll find that our shipping operates in a slightly different way than other retailers who have stocks. Production time (5 to 7 business days): A lot of factors contribute to this process, from work-pressure to the work-force available in the office (and let's not forget Aziza's moodswings) (P.S. Aziza is one of our main printing hubs and she has... some drama... frequently...) so it can take up to a week for us to produce our books, securely bind it and wrap it up in our signature packaging. Shipping time (up to 5 days): Now, we have minimal control over that. It all depends on where you are located and when certain shipping lines operate in our shipping-provider. Total time (8 to 10 business days): That is from the moment you confirm your order via deposit and you receive the confirmation from us. In certain cases, we might be able to provide faster service but this is not always the case as our small business is, unfortunately, known for bad luck (yes, we've hired a sheikh and a priest to no avail)... so yes, some delays can happen due to weather conditions, national holidays, issues with our shipping company... But do not worry! Our admins will be with you through every step of the way if you have any questions about your order!

What is your return policy?

In Astral, we aim to provide you with the best quality-for-value possible. Soemtimes products can get damaged in shipping, but our priority is your satisfaction with our products. Damaged/Defective Products Only: Due to our on-demand services, we can only accept replacement of damaged or defective products only. Must be within 48 hours! We cannot accept requests for replacements that are not within 48 hours of you receiving your orders. If you fail to inform us within that period, we can, sadly, do nothing to help. How to request a replacement: Please contact any of our social media accounts with the details used to make your order and a clear picture of the defect/damage. What's next? Our support team will be with you instantly to evaluate the issue and offer a replacement if applicable. N.B.: It is worth mentioning that replacements can only be of another copy of the same ordered comic. We are not responsible for any mistakes or misclicks when selecting the quality of your comic.We are not responsible if you fail to check the differences between each quality before ordering. Full refunds are not applicable except in very certain rare cases which our manager will be glad to discuss with you if the problem arises.
