Is the 50% Deposit a must?

Yes. Any order that hasn't been confirmed with a deposit will not be processed.

What are the methods of payment for the deposit?

We have Vodafone Cash (mobile e-wallets), Instapay and Telda.

When is the deadline for the payment of the deposit?

You have three (3) days from the creation of your order on the website to confirm it via payment of the deposit.

Why is there a deposit?

The deposit is essential due to two (2) main reasons:

It is essential for us as to filter/ get rid of scam orders.
We produce each book specifically to satisfy your desires; therefore, this is a custom order in a way.

We learned the hard way to do this after a customer ordered the full-set of Berserk manga (42 books) then refused to receive the order after having it shipped to them multiple times and after we took time and effort to produce it!

What if there is a problem with the book. Will I get my money back?

The deposit is nonrefundable.

However, if there are any problems with your order, our team will be very happy to fix them for you at no extra cost!

You must contact us within 24h of receiving the order.

If I don't like the book, can I exchange it with another one?

If your order hasn't begun printing, you can contact us and exchange it however you like!

If your order has been printed, shipped or received by you, we cannot offer you an exchange.

What is the difference between Regular Size and Original Size?

This variant is only available for the comics and some of the artbooks.

For our products to remain of suitable prices, we offer all comics in their original measurements (18cmx25cm) as well as a smaller version (15cmx21cm) to be more affordable!
